Work With Us
Orthopedic & Sports Injuries
You may be someone who is concerned about what to do next after injury. Maybe you are worried that you are causing more stress and just need some guidance on the next steps. As human beings, our mechanics play a huge role but pain is often much more complex than a one size fits all approach. We will address your functional limitations and normalize strength and range of motion so that together we can steer your body’s healing process in the right direction.

Dry Needling & Blood Flow Restriction (BFR)
Two research-backed modalities that when paired with corrective exercise, are very effective in reducing pain and recovery time.
-
Dry needling is a safe and effective means that allows your provider to specifically target painful tissues to decrease your pain. There is absolutely no medicine injected with the needles. Despite the scary name, most people feel a tolerable amount of discomfort during the procedure and notice significant pain relief within 24 hours or less.
-
Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) uses a cuff that maximizes oxygen-rich blood flow into the injured tissues. BFR can even be used safely post-surgically in some patients. BFR exaggerates the curve of recovery; greatly reducing the in-clinic time needed to return to function. This may also be used in chronic pain cases when a given tissue is too sensitive to tolerate stress.
