Unfortunately, the majority of us know all too well it is not a perfect system. Disappointing service, billing frustrations, and the back and forth between providers are common annoyances when it comes to standard healthcare. 1:1 Care
The entirety of your session at Resurgence will be spent with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. You will not be passed off to a tech, aide or student but instead spend the full 60 minutes 1:1 with your PT. This leaves ample time for a comprehensive treatment that never feels rushed and supports you every step of the way.
Transparency
We believe that trust and transparency lay the groundwork for a successful client-PT relationship. At Resurgence, we discuss our rates up front which means no hidden costs or surprise bills down the road. You will never have to worry about your insurance cutting off your visits without notice and know that your course of treatment will be managed efficiently.
Customized Care
We are not contracted with insurance companies which gives us the freedom to create a personalized plan customized to your injury, goals and treatment. With no restrictions, we are able to shift our focus to accessible and attentive care that takes into account your goals, lifestyle and learning style.
Better Value
Quality over quantity. We do not participate in the volume game traditional clinics must play that often impacts quality of care and increases the overall number of visits needed. We do our best to get the most out of each session, packing it with patient education to ensure longevity. We want to get you back to doing what you love for now and in the long run. Because your whole appointment is spent 1:1 with a PT, you will likely need fewer visits to reach the same results than you would in a typical mill clinic.
“Can I still submit to my insurance for reimbursement?”
Yes, you can! Although we are not contracted with your insurance company, your payments to Resurgence can apply towards your deductible and you may receive reimbursement if you choose to submit your bill using your out-of-network benefits. We will give you everything you need in order to do so!
